1. Do I need to create an account to place my order?Yes, you will have to create an account to place an order.
2. I cannot complete my registration, what can I do?
You can mail us your queries at support@mylyra.com.
3. How do I create an account?
Click “Login” at the top of the website or via the mobile menu on the right.
4. I forgot my password, what can I do?
By clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ option under My Account, you can generate a request for a new password to be sent to your registered email-id or your registered mobile number. Please access the link to reset your password.
5. How can I add an address to my account?
You will need to enter your address during checkout which will be saved for future transactions. You can go to “My Account” section and “Add New Address” under “Address Book” section.

1. How do I know when my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been confirmed.
2. Do you deliver outside India?
We deliver only within India.
3. How safe is it to use Net-banking & Debit or Credit Card for payment on your website?
All transactions are protected and encrypted. We take pride in following the best security practices.
4. Does Lyra have any physical stores?
We do not have any physical store but we strive to give you the best experience through our online portal.
5. Can my products be shipped to an address different from the billing address?
Yes, you can get your products shipped to an address different from the billing address. All you need to do is fill in your desired address under ‘Shipping Address’ to get it delivered at the desired location.
6. Can I choose my delivery date?
Delivery dates cannot be selected or changed.
7. Can my shipping address be modified?
You can request for a change in the shipping address if the item has not been dispatched for delivery. Please email us at support@mylyra.com and we shall be more than happy to assist you.
8. Can my order be modified or cancelled?
The order cannot be modified. However, you can cancel you order provided that it has not been dispatched for delivery. Kindly follow the steps given below:
- Go to www.mylyra.com
- Click on ‘My Account’
- Under My Account, select ‘My Order’ and click on ‘Cancel’.
9. What are the shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all orders.
10. What forms of payment are accepted for on your website?
All credit cards, debit cards and net banking are accepted.
11. Is Cash on Delivery acceptable?
Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.
12. What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with damaged packaging, please inform us via email at support@mylyra.com within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
13. How does the delivery process work?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. The tracking number can be used to track the status of your order. All our deliveries are processed through safe courier services.
14. How can I track my order?
Kindly follow the steps given below to track your order:
- Go to www.mylyra.com
- Click on ‘My Account’
- Under My Account, select ‘My Order’ and click on ‘Track My Order’.
- You will then be asked for your Tracking Number which was initially mailed to you on order completion. Enter the same and your details will be fetched.
15. How do I request for a refund for my cancelled order?
Kindly refer to our Return Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a refund. If it qualifies for a return, the refund will be credied within 7-10 days of the product reaching our warehouse.
