HOW IT WORKS

LYRA CLUB is our enticing new loyalty program for customers in India. LYRA CLUB gives you the chance to earn rewards points on every purchase and referral discounts! The membership is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points on all your website shopping.

Joining the LYRA CLUB program is absolutely free and very simple. All you have to do is sign up!

There is no membership fee for LYRA CLUB Loyalty program. The minute you create an account on the website, you are automatically signed up for the Lyra Club Rewards & Referral Program.

To enrol, go to www.mylyra.com. Click “Login” at the top of the website or via the mobile menu on the right. Create an account on the website by providing your name, mobile number, mail id and password. You will automatically become a Lyra Club member on account creation. If you are already registered on the website, you will become a LYRA CLUB member and start earning reward points from 11.02.2023.

Points are accrued after the successful delivery of your entire order.

Points are earned on purchase of items on the website. For every ₹1 spent, a member earns 1 point. The reward points can be redeemed while making payment at the time of purchase. For every 100 reward points, ₹1 will be deducted from the final order value.

LYRA CLUB points are reversed on return of items. Any points earned from an item are deducted from the total reward points earned when the item is returned.

In case of a return, the reward points earned on that item/s will be deducted/removed from the member’s point balance. If the member has used their reward points during a purchase and then returned the item/s later, the reward points used will be credited back to the member’s Lyra account post successful completion of the return process.

No reward points apply on any cancelled transaction or order. If the member has used the reward points on an order and then cancelled the same order later, the used reward points will be reversed and credited back to the member’s Lyra account.

Reward Points that you accumulate can only be used through your account and are not transferrable.
Your Reward Points can only be redeemed toward a purchase on mylyra.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services.
In the rare instance when the Reward Points has not been credited to your account, please send a mail to support@mylyra.com along with the order details.
Your account will be credited with the appropriate points within 2 business days of checking your order history.

When a member refers a friend or family, the referred person gets 10% on their purchase. After the referred person completes their first purchase, the referring member will get 10% on their next purchase.
