Exchange & Return Policy 

The 30-days exchange & return policy of Lyra gives the customer an option to exchange or return products purchased on Lyra website for any reason within 30 days of receipt. However, all claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 2 days of delivery through the return request page on the website.

All returns and exchanges must have original tags attached and be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt your package. Please contact us immediately at for assistance in the process.

How to place an exchange/return request

Two ways to exchange/return the products:

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service. The customer will see a pickup option when the return request is submitted.

Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of store credit provided the product meets the terms and conditions of the exchange & return policy. The customer should share the scanned copy of the courier receipt via email for validation.

After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will credit the amount in the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Terms and Conditions

The customer can exchange or return items purchased on Lyra website for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Due to intimate nature of the product, panties cannot be returned. Please do contact us if you have size related queries before placing the order.

The products bought during special sales, like Diwali, Black Friday, etc., cannot be returned.

eGift cards and free gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.

The exchanged/returned product must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and product packaging intact.

When free gifts/offers are associated with the purchases and the customer wishes to return the purchase, then the customer has to return the free products along with the purchased product.

If the customer self-ships the returns, the shipping costs would be reimbursed in the form of store credit. However, the returns are subject to all the terms & conditions of the exchange & return policy. The scanned copy of the courier receipt should be sent via email.

The reimbursement limit for self-shipping charges are Rs.99.

Initial shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges/Returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. We CANNOT process exchanges or returns that are purchased from a third party. If you run into issues with a product purchased through a different vendor, please contact your original point of purchase for their return policies.

e-Gift cards/coupon codes issued against products returned carry a three months validity period and new e-Gift cards or coupons codes will not be reissued once expired.
